• Shaganappi Golf Course • Confederation Golf Course • Maple Ridge Golf Course • Canada Olympic Park offers a super training course but perhaps too difficult for beginner skiers • Hawk Ridge south of Calgary off the 22 X highway offers super skiing on varied terrain where the snow is extensively captured by fencing and moved by snow blowers to offer great skiing

Outdoor Skating Rinks - Parks Maintained Outdoor Rinks Outdoor skating rinks are weather dependent and are typically open December through February except for Olympic Plaza, which is a refrigerated ice surface and is generally open from mid November to mid March. The Parks maintained outdoor rinks are free to use and are flooded as needed during low usage hours. Hockey sticks are not permitted.
