Spring is here, the days are longer, and we’re all itching to spend more time outside in the evenings after school and work. Below, I’ve come up with five different ways your family can get more active together over the next couple of months while waiting for summer to arrive.
Alberta has a lot to offer for families in the Spring. Outdoor attractions start opening up, and there are tons of parks and trails ready to explore.
That’s right – Fish Creek Provincial Park is one of Calgary’s most diverse parks. Here you’ll find flourishing wildlife, a storied past, and an extensive pathway system in the southern part of the city. This park officially opened in 1975, but its history dates back thousands of years.
